Class Description: Middle Eastern (belly) dance has become one of the most popular exercise-methods for staying fit--and for channeling your inner-goddess. Have you wanted to learn the sensual movements of an art form that has evolved over 3,000 years? Have you wanted to dance to music that hits the core of your femininity and allows you to express yourself freely in new and exotic ways? Middle Eastern dance is a natural way of movement that exercises all parts of the body, mind, and soul--no matter your size, shape, or age.

Instructor Name/Bio: Nourhan Sharif an internationally celebrated dancer and teacher of Oriental Dance with over 30 years of experience. Nourhan will guide you through music and movement that will transform your life and make you feel beautiful.
